ROMTech has chosen STRATA Trust Company (“STRATA”) as its custodian of choice to offer tax-advantaged Self-Directed IRAs as a simple way to invest in its fund offering. ROMTech fund investors that choose to invest through a STRATA Self-Directed IRA will receive competitive annual fees on STRATA’s IRA Fee Schedule – Institutional.
ROMTech has elected to pay the first year and annual IRA account fees for each investor. However, in the event ROMTech should at any point decide to no longer pay the annual fee, the accountholder would be responsible for payment of their STRATA fees in accordance with our current IRA Fee Schedule.
In addition, ROMTech investors will have a STRATA-dedicated team that they can speak to about opening, funding, and investing in ROMTech fund offerings through their Self-Directed IRA.
