Oliver Nwofia serves as STRATA’s Vice President of Service Excellence, where he leads enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance operational performance and deliver an exceptional client experience. With more than 20 years of executive leadership across oil and gas, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services, Oliver brings extensive expertise in process improvement, enterprise strategy, and large-scale transformation.
He has consistently driven measurable results through the deployment of Lean Six Sigma programs, data-driven decision-making, and the development of high-performing teams.
Oliver holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. At STRATA, he fosters a culture of continuous improvement while scaling the organization’s people, systems, and service capabilities.
