ParkSlope Capital has chosen STRATA Trust Company as one of its custodians of choice to offer tax-deferred, self-directed IRAs as a simple way to invest in its private offering.
ParkSlope Capital investors that choose to invest through a STRATA Self-Directed IRA will receive competitive annual fees on STRATA’s Flex IRA Fee Schedule.
In addition, ParkSlope Capital investors will have a STRATA-dedicated team that they can speak to about opening, funding, and investing in ParkSlope Capital’s private offering through their Self-Directed IRA.
Here’s How It Works:
Step 1: Establish a new Self-Directed IRA (SDIRA) Flex account with STRATA via the Online IRA Application – FLEX.
Step 2: Complete an IRA Transfer Request Form that allows STRATA to initiate the transfer of funds from your existing IRA provider.
Step 3: STRATA establishes your SDIRA account, funded with the transfer from your existing IRA provider.
Step 4: ParkSlope Capital provides you with your investment subscription documents for your electronic signature and forwards the signed documents to STRATA.
Step 5: STRATA Trust will send you the Alternative Investment Direction form that authorizes STRATA to send funds to ParkSlope Capital for your investment purchase through DocuSign, once STRATA receives the signed subscription documents.
